How to Study Buddhism: Listening, Thinking and Meditating

Rather than running away from our problems, the Buddhist teachings and meditation on them help us to deal with our difficulties, to the point where they don’t return. The Buddhist method is first to learn and think about a helpful point in the teachings, and then when we have understood it, meditate on it to build it up as a beneficial habit. The ultimate aim is to put it into practice in our daily lives.
