“May I be a light for those desiring light.”
Shantideva
In 2007, our sixth year on the Internet, 375,000 persons visited the website from all over the world. In the future, we hope that with more material made available in more languages, the number of people benefited by the website will continue to grow.
There is still a vast amount of work left to be done. We follow the Buddhist tradition of making the Dharma (the Buddhist teachings) available free of charge and completely rely on donations. In order to prepare, translate into the other languages, and publish on-line the remaining material, we need continuing support: both considerable donations and more volunteers.
A further 25,000 pages of material, including translations of lectures by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tsenzhab Serkong Rinpoche, and Geshe Ngawang Dhargyey, is sitting on my shelves and in my computer, and we are continually adding to the Archives from my ongoing lectures, writing, and translations.. When I die, all unpublished material is likely to end up in the garbage.
My dream is to publish everything for free on the Internet while I can.
Would you also like this dream to come true?
Whatever help you can give, be it skills or any donation, will be greatly appreciated. Please consider contributing:
Thank you in advance for considering to help us,
